Overview

The Associate Customer Success Manager will play a consultative role, helping clients effectively use LexisNexis solutions to address key challenges while collaborating with various teams to support adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the information industry, preferably in customer success or sales.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage territory independently.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
