Overview

As a Team Lead, Customer Success at Riverside, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for a portfolio of small & medium customers, providing guidance and coaching while innovating processes to enhance customer satisfaction and platform adoption.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of customer success principles.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
