In Short

  • Own the strategy, product positioning and messaging that resonates with Nav’s small business owner audience.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy, development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to drive increased conversion of new and existing Nav users through close partnership with product, design, data and engineering.
  • Work with marketing channel owners to drive campaign initiatives that attract and retain customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a prior product marketing role.
  • Fintech, banking and subscription experience is a plus.
  • Passion for small businesses is a must.
  • Experience crafting compelling, value-driven positioning and messaging for either SMB or consumer fintech products and features.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work successfully across multiple cross functional teams; most importantly, Product, Design, Content and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, you are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep them on track.
