The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of Zing Health, focusing on GAAP and STAT financials while collaborating with various departments.

In Short

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and closing processes.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis of monthly results.
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely audits and tax filings.
• Conduct financial reconciliation for all company entities.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and enhanced reporting.
• Partner with operations and HR on financial planning.
• Assist with Model Audit Rule compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong background in financial statement analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in creating and managing financial reports.
