Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of Allora’s financial operations and help scale the financial backbone of a rapidly growing company. You’ll build and maintain the systems that keep us fiscally sound and strategically aligned — from day-to-day accounting and reporting to long-term planning and forecasting.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management processes
• Partner with leadership to manage investor reporting, board materials, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams on vendor contracts, payments, and compliance matters
• Ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and support annual audits or external reviews
• Work with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to maintain financial health and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability within finance operations
• Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, tokenomics modeling, and financial systems implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A — ideally in a startup, fintech, or Web3 environment
• Solid understanding of GAAP and familiarity with both fiat and crypto asset management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience building and maintaining financial models
• Proficiency with accounting and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bitwave, NetSuite, or similar tools)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration
