Overview

The Senior Manager, Platform & Engineering Operations is a hands-on engineering delivery leader responsible for directly driving execution, operational excellence, and platform reliability across Zing Health’s enterprise application and integration ecosystem.

In Short

• Lead engineering execution ensuring predictable delivery and quality outcomes.
• Participate in sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery reviews.
• Resolve dependencies and drive accountability across teams.
• Track delivery metrics and improve throughput.
• Review solution designs for scalability and security.
• Translate standards into executable engineering patterns.
• Enforce SDLC discipline and quality gates.
• Lead production incident response and root cause analysis.
• Own operational health of enterprise platforms.
• Ensure integrations are reliable and compliant.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical experience, with 3+ years in engineering delivery leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering.
• Experience with APIs and microservices.
• Proven ability to drive delivery accountability across teams.
• Experience with release management for enterprise systems.
