In Short

• Lead efforts in building world-class reliability and cloud infrastructure.
• Own strategy, frameworks, pipelines, and tooling for high availability.
• Partner with Platform Services team to enhance developer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the company.
• Impact service reliability and minimize customer-facing incidents.
• Focus on operational environments for stability and efficiency.
• Passionate about distributed systems and operational excellence.
• Manage engineering teams and projects with various stakeholders.
• Define and track SRE KPIs.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years leading SRE or Platform teams.
• 5+ years working with cloud providers.
• Experience in growth company environments.
• Success in building cloud-native infrastructure.
• Project management experience with stakeholders.
