Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager is a key member of the FP&A team responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support across the organization. This role partners with functional leaders—including Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and G&A—to deliver accurate forecasts, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.

In Short

• Lead the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Partner with department leaders to develop and refine budget assumptions.
• Maintain and improve forecast models for scenario planning.
• Prepare variance analyses against budget and prior forecasts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders.
• Support business case development for new initiatives.
• Deliver proactive recommendations to drive growth.
• Produce monthly financial performance packages for leadership.
• Leverage FP&A tools to automate reporting and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data flow between Finance and other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with expertise in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Vena, and Salesforce preferred.
• Proven ability to build financial models for churn and retention.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
