Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager will lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards and overseeing financial reporting and analysis.

• Manage month-end closing in accordance with US GAAP.
• Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.
• Analyze cost categories and enhance financial ledgers.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and intra-group transactions.
• Collaborate with Financial Controller and CFO on reporting standards.
• Evaluate organizational financial performance against goals.
• Lead tax team for filing and manage relationships with tax advisors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
• Act as key user for automation projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written command of English.
• Experience in accounting and financial management.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with accrual accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills for financial performance assessment.
• Ability to manage accounting staff effectively.
• Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting software and automation tools.
• Ability to work outside standard hours when required.
• Experience with 1099 and K1 tax forms preferred.
