In Short

• Oversee multiple internal projects focused on process optimization, documentation, and resource management.
• Manage engineering resources primarily available for short sprints.
• Identify and coordinate with external funding sources.
• Structure and document innovation activities.
• Optimize resource utilization and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with partners for innovation funding programs.
• Represent Lazer during external review processes.
• Oversee engineering activities in an agile format.
• Report regularly to internal stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a project manager or product manager in startups or consulting.
• Experience with projects in AI, Web3, or Commerce.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Familiarity with project documentation and reporting best practices.
• Technical knowledge to work effectively with engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
