Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is a hybrid role combining the strategic insight of a Business Analyst with the delivery focus of an Agile Product Owner, responsible for shaping and delivering client-centric capabilities for the US Bank initiative.

In Short

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define client or business needs.
• Maintain, refine, and prioritise the backlog of features with stakeholder input.
• Define and document the product capabilities and requirements.
• Be a customer advocate throughout the development process.
• Identify and triage issues requiring resolution.
• Work with stakeholders to define and measure product success metrics.
• Conduct interviews with clients and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Write user stories and clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure all non-technical deliverables necessary for launch are completed.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and log them appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile product delivery and business analysis.
• Knowledge of IT systems, business processes, and product development processes.
• Experience in a financial services organization, especially transaction banking and payments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
