Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives by bridging the gap between complex business needs and effective technology solutions, within the CMS OIT environment.

In Short

Lead end-to-end discovery, analysis, and design activities.
Conduct user research through interviews and surveys.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Translate findings into user personas and journey maps.
Define and document clear business requirements.
Create wireframes and prototypes.
Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions.
Lead usability testing and design improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
Support product vision workshops.

Requirements

Must pass public trust clearance.
7+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of IT experience.
Experience with CMS OIT data systems.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Expertise in Human-Centered Design principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
Excellent command of English.
Ability to maintain a Public Trust.
Flexible with changing priorities.
