• Responsible for designing and modeling data structures.
• Focus on scalable, secure, and efficient database architectures.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Create use cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Support user acceptance testing and validation.
• Analyze operational data for process improvement.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies.
• Work with VA stakeholders and system users.
• Maintain traceability of requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with federal financial or administrative systems preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
