Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager at 9th Way Insignia is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive QA strategy, ensuring quality objectives are met, and leading a team to validate data integrity and manage testing processes.

• Develop and execute a Quality Assurance (QA) Plan.
• Validate data integrity from source systems to Data Warehouse.
• Perform defect tracking and quality analysis.
• Implement QA strategies aligned with company policy.
• Establish IT quality standards and metrics.
• Oversee development and execution of test plans.
• Manage manual and automated testing processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes.
• Hire, train, and evaluate QA team members.
• Communicate QA progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Management.
• Proficiency in quality management methodologies.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for technical concepts.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on high-quality results.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain required security clearance.
