Overview

PetLab Co. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead internal Quality Assurance operations across our portfolio of pet supplement products.

In Short

• Lead internal Quality Assurance operations for pet supplement products.
• Manage internal batch release and quality oversight.
• Coordinate and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Conduct training on quality systems and standards.
• Prepare and lead Monthly Quality Reviews.
• Provide guidance on customer complaint responses.
• Conduct trend analysis of complaints and develop response strategies.
• Serve as a key Quality Assurance contact for cross-functional teams.
• Support R&D trials and evaluate non-commercial materials.
• Drive proactive quality improvements across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance management.
• Strong understanding of CAPA processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with complaint management and investigations.
• Familiarity with quality systems and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the pet supplement or related industry is a plus.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
