Lead Data Analyst - Growth & Retention - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our Growth team and play a key role in maximizing both customer acquisition and retention across the business. You’ll work closely with growth, product, and analytics stakeholders to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive high-impact decision-making through experimentation and forecasting.

In Short

• Develop and maintain robust LTV (Lifetime Value) forecasting models.
• Build demand forecasting models for acquisition and retention trends.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Delve into large-scale datasets using SQL and Python.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing models and frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing and predictive modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
