Lead Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Lead Data Analyst is an analytically heavy hands-on role, utilizing processed business information points as the basis to further define and build out metrics, KPIs and analytical models to find operational issues, predict risk scores, incidence of disease, admits, LOS, financials etc., and prescribe actions to improve KPIs and metrics.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify useful metrics.
• Provide analysis-based ideas for improving operations.
• Build relationships with business partners.
• Use data to improve key metrics and optimize operations.
• Partner in designing business-facing data structures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for business rules.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on KPIs.
• Help maintain an enterprise KPI catalog.
• Participate in KPI governance activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Analytics.
• Five years of relevant experience in data and analytics.
• Three years of healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with claims and provider network data.
• Preferred experience in Health Plan analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with varied healthcare datasets.
