Quality Assurance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager at Moog will lead site quality functions and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards while driving quality improvements.

• Lead product and process quality responsibilities across the site.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Support site quality and lean improvements.
• Report quality performance to site leadership.
• Instill quality and lean principles using six sigma methodologies.
• Manage quality compliance related to contracts and regulations.
• Conduct supplier quality management and validation.
• Utilize analytical tools for quality assessment.
• 5-10% travel may be required.
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in a related area.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience in root cause and corrective action assignments.
• Experience with supplier quality management.
• Ability to access US export-controlled information.
• Prior experience in high-performance manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP and Failure Analysis.
• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
