Overview

The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that business objectives are met through effective use of technology, systems, and process improvements.

In Short

• Facilitate the identification and documentation of business requirements.
• Mentor and guide as a lead business analyst across a portfolio of applications.
• Lead the analysis and design to streamline operations.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
• Participate in the definition and delivery of minimum viable products (MVPs).
• Deliver product enhancements based on user feedback.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and oversee project roadmaps and timelines.
• Drive the development of user-facing documentation inputs.

Requirements

• Experience with Story Mapping, Design Thinking, and Agile practices.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and using databases.
• Ability to analyze business problems and work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced settings.
• Understanding of strategic opportunities related to product outcomes.
• Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in ATPCO Subscription Data or Airline Pricing.
