Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the person in charge of leading the definition of requirements, to ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of every software product’s features.

• Establish and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders.
• Engage the team and the client’s main profiles to make things happen.
• Be responsible for thinking about the complexities of the system and the organization of detailed specifications.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, strategy, design, and technology.
• Create detailed requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Carry out functional testing and ensure expected performance.
• Estimate work with the team and lead agile ceremonies.
• Track scope progress vs time consumed.
• Host and lead meetings in English.
• Proactively report and raise issues to the product team.

Requirements

• + 5 years of experience in software consulting areas.
• Experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analyzing large amounts of data.
• Experience in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of E-commerce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in assembly of use cases and progress reports.
• Experience with agile methodologies (preferably Scrum).
• Upper Intermediate / Advanced English.
