Requirements

• 5+ years proven agency or studio experience in designing digital experiences.
• Excellence in designing brand and/or systematic design experiences.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit.
• Strong ability to prioritize and focus on the right tasks.
• Skilled in AI tools and current design practices, especially Figma.
