Treasury Transformation Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Treasury Transformation Manager to help the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) and drive a comprehensive treasury transformation programme. This role is pivotal in modernising our treasury operations to support the company’s growth, scalability, and risk management in a fast-paced payments environment.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Payment Operations for seamless integration.
• Design and build reports and forecasting tools within the TMS.
• Identify and implement process improvements across treasury operations.
• Champion automation and digitisation of treasury operations.
• Oversee daily cash positioning and forecasting.
• Trade FX products and support liquidity management.
• Act as a liaison between Treasury, Finance, and external vendors.
• Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive the Treasury Transformation Programme.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Treasury Manager.
• Deep expertise in treasury operations and financial markets.
• Hands-on experience with TMS implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications are a plus.
