Overview

As a Finance Transformation Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to assist organizations in adopting innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance financial performance.

In Short

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial challenges and objectives
Evaluate and optimize finance processes through the integration of new technologies
Provide guidance on cost accounting methodologies and FP&A best practices
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for client teams
Monitor project progress and provide ongoing support for implementation
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
Proven experience in finance transformation
Strong background in accounting, FP&A, and treasury
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Alteryx
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines
Receptiveness to performance feedback
