• Lead the transformation of financial systems at Hims & Hers.
• Drive implementation of financial planning tools like Anaplan.
• Partner with teams to assess and redesign financial processes.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization of financial systems.
• Conduct needs assessments for financial tools.
• Build training programs for finance and business partners.
• Ensure high data quality and consistency across systems.
• Act as a strategic partner to finance and business leadership.
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or management consulting.
• Experience with financial systems or technology transformation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and planning processes.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A bias for action and ownership mindset.
