Senior Business Analyst - Remote

• Design, test, and implement Power BI dashboards and scripts for data analysis.
• Schedule and automate processes for updating datasets and distributing reports.
• Create intuitive data visualizations that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to recommend BI tools.
• Troubleshoot and analyze data to improve data structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of BI-related experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL programming and Excel skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable reports and visualizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Experience with healthcare clinical data sets is preferred.
