Overview

As a Senior Associate of the Compliance Quality Assurance (CQA) Team at Coinbase, you will assist in building a high-performing team focused on regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency industry, ensuring operational excellence through quality assurance reviews.

In Short

• Assist in developing and executing a risk-based Quality Assurance Program.
• Participate in setting up QA reviews and standard workflows.
• Lead the execution of QA reviews and inspect team members' work quality.
• Produce metrics-driven QA reports with insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain a repository of QA review results and track corrective actions.
• Build a strong team through guidance and training.
• Collaborate with business partners on process enhancements.
• Stay current with AML/CFT and sanctions regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in executing QA, Audit, or Compliance Testing programs.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT and sanctions laws for financial services.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global partners.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• B.A./B.S. degree in business, finance, or related fields.
