As a Senior Associate of the Compliance Quality Assurance Team at Coinbase, you will assist in building a high-performing team focused on regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency industry, ensuring operational excellence through quality assurance reviews.

• Assist in developing and executing a risk-based Quality Assurance Program.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global partners.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• B.A./B.S. degree in business, finance, or related fields.
