Requirements

• 12+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong system design and coding ability.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort leading large, ambiguous initiatives.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers.
