Demandbase is the leading account-based GTM platform for B2B enterprises to identify and target the right customers, at the right time, with the right message. We’re seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of our campaign management platform.

In Short

• Lead a small team of engineers in developing a campaign management platform.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align on goals.

• Design, build, deploy, and monitor microservices using Python/Flask and React/Redux.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading small engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Python preferred).
• 2+ years of experience building scalable services and deploying microservices.
• Strong understanding of backend server components and performance optimization.
• Expertise in SQL and database query optimization.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
