Customer Service Representative - Remote

In Short

• Be the friendly face and voice that helps customers with their questions and concerns.
• Create and manage customer cases, directing them to the right team for solutions.
• Handle basic accounting tasks—updating payments, processing invoices, and keeping things organized.
• Answer the incoming calls.
• Keep dispatch schedules on track by coordinating updates, pickups, and changes.
• Work closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Stay on top of customer records, transactions, and resolutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required!).
• Experience in customer service, accounting, or dispatch coordination is a bonus.
• Strong multitasking skills—you’re the kind of person who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and learning new software.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Can work Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST schedule (Los Angeles time)
