Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning.
• Experience with Demand Planning systems, SAP IBP preferred.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels.
• Experience in collaborating with external customers.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets and perform complex calculations.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to identify and apply emerging technologies.
