Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in developing high-performing sales teams.
• Established relationships within the Programmatic industry.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Experience in negotiating complex deals.
• Financial oversight experience, including budget management.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools.
• Excellent relationship management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
