Manage and support a ServiceNow project
Work with ZingTree CX automation platform
Enhance customer self-service support
Provide remote guidance from technical support
Collaborate with stakeholders for feature enhancements
Support data integration with Google Analytics 4
Promote the Remote Guidance tool within teams
Act as a liaison with HelpLightning vendors
Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner
Familiarity with CX automation platforms
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
