We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Owner to help manage and support a dual-focused project aimed at optimizing a customer support tool through a cutting-edge ServiceNow project.

In Short

• Fully Remote position
• Rate: EUR 320 per day
• Manage and support a ServiceNow project
• Work with ZingTree CX automation platform
• Enhance customer self-service support
• Provide remote guidance from technical support
• Collaborate with stakeholders for feature enhancements
• Support data integration with Google Analytics 4
• Promote the Remote Guidance tool within teams
• Act as a liaison with HelpLightning vendors

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner
• Familiarity with CX automation platforms
• Strong communication skills
