Overview

The Manager, Technical Delivery leads a high-performing team of implementation engineers responsible for delivering Lumin’s digital banking platform to new and existing clients, combining strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of technical project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience in technical project delivery.
• Experience in digital banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Proficient in JIRA and Agile project management tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital banking platforms and cloud-native tools.
• Understanding of microservice architectures.
• High level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
