In Short

• Oversee the development of technology, SOPs, and resource workflows for Operations Managers and Associates.
• Design and maintain workflows using tools such as Airtable and SQL.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and delivery teams to create dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Refine and maintain operational workflows and SOPs to standardize best practices.
• Partner with the People team to manage capacity and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Airtable or similar platforms.
• Proven track record in connecting systems and building workflows.
• Ability to create and refine SOPs and workflows.
• Experience managing data labeling projects and understanding AI technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
