In Short

• Lead and motivate client technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership for modern data platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to build Epics, Stories, and Tasks.
• Deliver quality client services across multiple accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure team training and process documentation.
• Manage staffing levels and delivery balance.
• Actively involved in major incident response.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Promote company core values within delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of cloud/data technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with global customers and business partners.
• Ability to travel as needed for client visits.
