• Lead and motivate client technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership for modern data platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build Epics, Stories, and Tasks.
• Deliver leadership for multiple customer accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure team training and process documentation.
• Maintain proper staffing levels across teams.
• Actively involved in major incident response.
• Drive improvements to overall service.
• Promote company core values within delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Management or related fields.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of cloud/data technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work across timezones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
