• Provide technical expertise to the team, guiding architecture decisions and solution design.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of requirements and identify potential risks.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and other technical staff.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices through the development lifecycle.
• Oversee testing process and manage defect resolutions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, architecture patterns, and relevant programming languages.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and experience with iterative development.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex technical projects within budget and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
• Capability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and make informed decisions.
