Overview

As the Head of Engagement Management for DaaS, you will lead the customer success function responsible for driving long-term partnerships and delivering cutting-edge data solutions.

• Lead the Strategic Engagement team for DaaS customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer success or engagement management.
• Proven track record in building high-value customer relationships.
• Strong project management and delivery oversight experience.
• Technical aptitude in data pipelines and AI/ML workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience growing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Passion for GenAI and building in fast-paced environments.
• B.S. degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Travel up to 20% based on customer needs.
