The HR Generalist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, ensuring operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in HR management or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
• Additional HR training is a plus.
