HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

This HR Generalist role provides day-to-day People Ops execution so strategic initiatives can move faster. You will own tactical HR work, manager support, and program execution, especially during hours when external partners are unavailable.

• Handle core HR operations and employee support
• Support managers with leadership development and people management tools
• Coordinate compliance training, certifications, and required programs
• Assist with benefits administration and employee programs
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Partner with external People partners to divide and conquer work
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions

Requirements

• HR Generalist experience in growing or scaling companies
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and people programs
• Comfortable working independently and owning execution
• Trusted partner to managers and employees
• Seattle-based
