Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the delivery of mpathic’s customer engagements, primarily within life sciences, clinical research, and healthcare organizations. This role combines clinical operations expertise and project management to ensure our customers achieve measurable outcomes.

In Short

• Own the delivery lifecycle for multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS customer engagements.
• Translate enterprise contracts into structured delivery plans.
• Drive execution against defined scope and timelines.
• Maintain clear documentation of delivery plans.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Lead customer-facing calls and coordinate inputs across stakeholders.
• Track and manage all customer-contracted deliverables.
• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Human Data, and Commercial teams.
• Surface delivery blockers and represent customer delivery needs.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in life sciences/healthcare SaaS.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• High operational rigor with tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Organized, reliable, and collaborative.
• Flexible and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
