HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resource Generalist will perform HR Generalist level tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations and employee relations of CIP Group’s client.

In Short

• Key point of contact for client company addressing HR inquiries.
• Manage employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.
• Lead investigator for issues related to retaliation, discrimination, and harassment.
• Support client meetings ensuring HR services align with client needs.
• Stay updated with employment laws and ensure compliance.
• Participate in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct confidential interviews and investigations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of multi-state employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.
