In Short

• Administer the HRIS (Rippling) ensuring data accuracy.
• Manage employee relations with discretion and empathy.
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate with payroll.
• Support audits, reporting, and documentation requests.
• Own internal communications related to team updates.
• Support M&A integration activities.
• Track and manage award submissions.
• Foster a work environment of respect and mutual trust.
• Help create a thoughtful and human employee experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 4 years of HR experience.
• Expertise in administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience maintaining compliant employee records.
• Familiarity with HR systems, preferably Rippling.
• Experience coordinating onboarding programs.
• Comfort navigating M&A processes.
• Understanding of change management principles.
• High personal organization and attention to detail.
• Genuine desire to create a thoughtful employee experience.
