Overview

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the People function, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition while also supporting broader HR operations.

In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Manage candidate communications for a positive experience.
• Support onboarding coordination and hiring transition activities.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
• Assist with payroll processing as a secondary reviewer.
• Collaborate with the People Team on HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
