SoftBank Robotics America is seeking a Sr. Finance Systems & Tax Operations Lead who is passionate about start-up environments and innovation, overseeing the integrity, compliance, and scalability of finance technology and tax operations.

• Oversee finance systems and tax operations.
• Ensure compliance and integrity of financial workflows.
• Drive enhancements to billing and invoicing processes.
• Manage end-to-end tax operations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Rev Ops, and Engineering teams.
• Lead implementation of finance system features.
• Support tax implications for new products.
• Prepare documentation for audits.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 5+ years in Finance Operations or Tax Operations roles.
• Experience with Zuora, ERP SAP, and Avalara.
• Strong understanding of local indirect and income taxes.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and revenue recognition.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
