In Short

• Lead the strategic and tactical execution of our marketing funnel.
• Oversee demand creation, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
• Translate Go-To-Market (GTM) vision into measurable channel strategies.
• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation.
• Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound strategies.
• Plan and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee CRM, primarily HubSpot, for marketing operations.
• Establish dashboards to track marketing effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for campaign execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in demand generation and CRM management.
• Bachelor’s degree with a track record of continuous education.
• Success in developing effective marketing campaigns.
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills in campaign analytics and reporting.
• Experience managing external agencies and stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
