In Short

• Manage and mentor a team of customer success representatives.
• Oversee customer health and retention metrics.

• Act as a senior point of contact for key customers.
• Work closely with internal leaders to identify service delivery improvement opportunities.

• Travel up to 25% to meet with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and continuous education.
• 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills with actionable insights capability.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing customer escalations using data-driven feedback.
