Overview

The HR Generalist ensures the delivery of comprehensive HR services to the MAXIS US Team, collaborating with business units on all aspects of Human Resources.

In Short

• Support managers in the US region and provide guidance.
• Work with the wider MAXIS people team to roll out the People Strategy.
• Develop and communicate HR policies ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead the US year-end performance management processes.
• Collaborate on managing extended leave cases.
• Support annual open enrollment process.
• Manage recruitment process and new hire onboarding.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities.
• Manage monthly payroll preparation.
• Complete special projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; HR qualification preferred.
• Solid HR generalist experience in a dynamic international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of US employment law.
• Attention to detail and flexibility to manage workload.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Insurance/Financial Services/Sales desirable.
• Strong project management skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR systems.
• Ability to liaise across levels and cultures.
