U.S. Paralegal - Remote

In Short

• Manage day-to-day case management operations across multiple motor vehicle accident claims.
• Support legal documentation, medical record review, and case preparation.
• Open and manage motor vehicle accident case files from intake through settlement or trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate and organized case records in the firm’s case management system.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Draft demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations.
• Communicate regularly with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Assist with litigation support and document management.
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously with a focus on motor vehicle accidents.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their case.

Requirements

• Experience in case management and legal documentation.
• Ability to review and summarize medical records.
• Strong communication skills with clients and third parties.
• Proficient in using case management systems, preferably Filevine.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high caseloads effectively.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation requirements.
• Experience in settlement negotiations is a plus.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
